The design and development of rolling bearings is a complex engineering process that involves several important steps and takes into account various factors such as load, rotation speed, operating conditions, materials and manufacturing technologies, method of mounting. We design bearings to meet 100% of the technical requirements defined by the client.
It involves a thorough and professional analysis of the customer's requirements and specification for the particular application in which the rolling bearings will be used. We address load in all directions, rotational speed, operating temperatures, environment and mounting method, as well as requirements for service life.
For rolling elements, cages and bearing rings, the quality and chemical composition of the material is a key factor. Materials must be resistant to wear, corrosion and temperature changes, depending on the conditions and environment in which they will be implemented.
In this step, engineers are concerned with the design of the rolling bearing geometry, including the shape of the rolling elements, raceways, the shape and type of the cage, and the tolerances of the bearing connection dimensions. The geometry is optimally designed to minimize friction, ensure proper load distribution and take into account other conditions for proper operation.
