The AKE Skalica plant belongs to the IMET Group, which operates in more than 20 countries worldwide and has 30 years of experience. The intention of AKE Skalica is to continue to develop the production of special and high-precision bearings especially for the aviation industry and space technologies, to provide the services of our design office to our customers, and also to be a flexible manufacturer for small batches and prototypes of bearings. We continue the traditions of the AKE brand as well as the former ZVL Skalica production plant.
All bearings from the AKE Skalica production plant are manufactured in accordance with the strict requirements of the AS9100 standard and meet all requirements of the quality management system intended for organisations in the aviation industry, space technologies and defence.
All bearings for the aviation industry are manufactured as special and high-precision bearings, up to the ABEC 9 precision level.
